Our usual turnaround time is 3-4weeks from payment to dispatch. Each item is handmade to order from start to finish, we focus on ensuring each item is made with care and experience so that you get the best quality.

Turnaround can vary depending upon order numbers, current turnaround can always be found within the top banner of our home page. 

 

We try our best to keep track of fabric amounts and orders, in the unlikely event that there isn't enough of your fabric choice for your order, you will be contacted and given the option for a full refund, to pick a different fabric choice or to wait for additional fabric to arrive. This can take 4-8 weeks depending on the printer/demand/time of year - a more accurate timing will be given when you are contacted.
