Refund policy
All our items are handmade to order and we hope that you will be happy with them. If you are not 100% happy please contact us to give us the opportunity to resolve any issues.
Returns
Non-personalised and standard sized items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, so long as they have not been worn or washed. Please contact us first to discuss and arrange this. Once the item is received the item cost will be refunded to you (postage not included).
Personalised/Custom-sized Items
Personalised or custom-sized items cannot be returned (unless faulty). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
